Jake suffered a season-ending injury after the 1st game of the 2015 season, but still managed 51 goals and 27 assists (78 points) in his two-plus years with the Tigers. Transferring to Villanova prior to the 2016, Jake became an integral part of the Wildcats offense. He set the school record for goals in a game with 8 against Penn State that season. In 19 games over two seasons at Nova, Jake scored 74 goals and had 34 assists, good for 104 points. Froccaro was name to the All-American 2nd Team by USILA in 2017. In the 2017 MLL draft, Jake became the highest Wildcat ever picked when the Chesapeake Bayhawks chose him at #7. In 2018, Jake saw his playing time reduced and only netted 2 goals and 2 assists. He then joined the Chaos of the PLL for that league’s inaugural season of 2019. He played parts of three years with Chaos, being traded during the 2021 season to the Boston Cannons. Jake’s pro totals (both leagues) are 45 GP, 42 goals (of which 10 were 2-pointers), 36 assists, and 88 points. Jake’s older brother Jeff (2013) was an All-American attackman at Princeton.
